Foundation Phase is phase 1, out of the 4 phases, of the Divine Design for Discipleship Curriculum that is based off the book Divine Design for Discipleship by Chad M. Craig that is utilized world wide by the body of Christ.

Each phase has 24 lessons that includes 24 outlines & 24 studio filmed video teachings by the author Chad M Craig to accompany the outlines.

The goal of Foundation phase is to help you understand the biblical truth that Christ died FOR you and how that truth impacts your daily life. You will learn the core truths of the Gospel. You will become skilled in the Word of Righteousness, secure in the love of God and aware of your new identity in Christ. You will also learn the six elementary teaching of Christ and the Ages, Stages & Phases of spiritual development. Although some of these topics may seem basic, we believe you will gain a fresh revelation that will dramatically impact your life. It is important to remember that without a secure foundation everything else will eventually crumble, therefore do not overlook the value of this phase.

Chad has served as the Pastor of Discipleship Ministries for Free Chapel with Jentezen Franklin located in Gainesville, Georgia for many years. Chad is the author of Divine Design for Discipleship and leads the D3 Network that provides curriculum, consultation, and conferences for churches internationally. Chad's focus in ministry is discipleship, leadership, and church planting.

When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and ends whenever! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
How long do I have access to the phase?
How does long time access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for 1 year - across any and all devices you own.
Can I start at any of the four phases?
No, everyone must start at Phase 1, Foundation Phase. After completing Foundation Phase you will move on to Phase 2 Transformation Phase then to phase 3 and then on to phase 4. The phases must be completed in order, thus ensuring you are learning the “pattern” of sound New Testament teaching (2 Timothy 1:13; 2:2).
Why is there an order to the phases?
The Scriptures are clear regarding God having designed phases for His children to go through. Also, research confirms that one of the greatest impediments to spiritual development was the choice of churches to teach in a random way rather than a systematic way (George Barna Research).
Is the course just for personal use?
